The courses are comprised of lectures and practical exercises designed to reinforce concepts taught throughout the course. MAC is designed for customers who will be responsible for mass configuration, network administration, and implementation of the MPU5 and Wave Relay®.
The Wave Relay® MANET Administrators Course, or “MAC,” is Persistent Systems’ flagship training course. MAC is a four-day course focused on the entire range of MANET administration skills using Wave Relay® products.
The Wave Relay® Mobile Ad-Hoc Network (MANET) Administrators Course is designed to provide students with the ability to successfully design, configure, deploy, operate and maintain a functioning Wave Relay® MANET solution. It is primarily designed for customers who are responsible for mass configuration, network administration, and implementation of the MPU5 and Wave Relay®.
This course is the same as the MAC course above but conducted at our dedicated training suite located at our Redditch headquarters. Individual bookings are accepted with no minimum requirement.
The MOC course is a two-day training course aimed at equipping users with the skills and knowledge to operate a Wave Relay® network in any environment. It is primarily designed for users who are responsible for operating MPU5 and Wave Relay®.
The Wave Relay® MANET Maintainers Course is one day and focused on a specific range of MANET hardware and administration skills using Wave Relay® and the Man Portable Unit 5 (MPU5) radio. It is primarily designed for customers who are responsible for 1st line maintenance and sustainment for the MPU5 and Wave Relay® products.
The Wave Relay® Embedded Module Integration Course is an 8-hour course focused on building skills and knowledge of integrating the Wave Relay® embedded module onto customer platforms. It also provides personnel with the knowledge to successfully integrate various I/O interfaces with host platforms.
